Learning Advisor for VSO Cambodia

From December 2012 on I will be working as a Learning Advisor for VSO (www.vso.nl) in Cambodia. Until the end of April 2012 I will support the local Sustainable Livelihoods team, carry out an impact assessment for their project 'Making Markets Work for the Poor'. This project encompasses a variety of smaller projects carried out by 7 local NGO's. All the projects aim to create and enhance chances for deprived people in order for them to develop themselves and enable them to build their own future. For example by supporting people as entrepreneurs, or give trainings on how to use their natural resources in a sustainable way. Besides carrying out the impact assessment, I will also give trainings and workshops to the local organisations how to evaluate and improve their projects.
